TEMPERAMENT

Siberians are often charismatic and extroverted.

​They're clever, vocal, playful, and extremely agile. Siberians continue to grow for the first 5 years of their lives and are one of the largest cat breeds.

Males tend to be very loving toward their babies. 

The breed as a whole is very social, and they do best with at least one other cat.



We've noticed with our cats growing up, that Siberians tend to instinctually want to play hunt at a very young age and are extremely good at it. You'll never tire of watching one of these cats play with a cat teaser. They're like little acrobatic ninjas.



It's good to keep in mind that while one can roughly gauge how a cat may behave from it's breed description, all cats are unique. Some are more quiet, some naturally like to play fetch, others love water, and so on. Through a positive upbringing you can encourage the traits you love most in your cat.
